I recently watched a documentary about a mother brown bear and her two cubs. I was completely blown away by how much of a gruelling task it is to safely raise bear cubs to reach adulthood. The first time mother and her two cubs in the documentary barely made it through many struggles, it would be a massive accomplishment to successfully raise one cub, let alone three! I have also been lucky enough to see a mother bear and three young cubs in the wild in Canada, so I was very excited to honour a mother bear by this drawing. She's a very significant edition to this collection.
